At Clayton Homes of Sweetwater, we had the privilege to help Angela and Robert Paquette place two modular homes on their land and their story to get here is quite unique!

They took a cross-country journey and ended up in Tennessee where they purchased two beautiful Southern Charm models. For these homes, Angela and Robert wanted off-frame mods which requires extra certifications in the state of Tennessee. It took about 5 months for the state to approve these building plans but once approvals came in we were ready to bring their Tennessee homestead dreams to life.
